Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted if the item is faulty due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Items must be returned with proof of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags/packaging and hygiene stickers intact.
  • Process: Contact us at support@pawandpillow.com with a reality video or image of the product showing any defects.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Custom errors, personalization mistakes made by customers, or change of mind are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Address: Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package. Only send to the address we provide upon return request approval.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your return is approved and inspected.
  • Amount: Full purchase price (less shipping cost) is refunded to the original payment method.
  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at support@pawandpillow.com.

Specific Cases

  1. Problems with Your Order: Contact us immediately for support. We may offer a refund of the item value/shipping fee/order value based on the situation.
  2. Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items: Keep the shipping label and take an unboxing video for proof. We’ll replace or refund affected items.
  3. Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or wait 15 days before issuing a refund to ensure it doesn’t get delivered late.
  4. Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the purchasing time for a full refund.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for the same.
