All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on production.

All orders are normally shipped within 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order.
Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. Some factors such as Covid-19 influences, weather conditions, natural disasters, holiday periods (Christmas, New Year) and custom clearance may have an impact on delivery time. Return
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
However, please kindly note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
